Engage physically, emotionally, cognitively, interpersonally, and spiritually to develop a “healing presence;” to have greater awareness of and in your own body, emotions, mind and spirit, and to engage a multitude of individual practices that can be employed throughout your life.

A woman’s journey is unique. An aging woman’s journey is precious and nothing so far has prepared us for how to navigate it. Until now. . .learn to navigate it with grace in this women-only comprehensive approach to growth and development that supports whole-hearted acceptance.

As women, we have been longing for sanctuary and soul nourishment.

The need for soul to soul connection between women is about to be fulfilled in a heartwarming, connected, supportive way that strengthens each of us collectively, and individually.

Imagine the gifts we can be to each other when we bring our truths together to connect and support! A life we have all be searching for. Woman supporting women – It’s time; time to share strength, rawness, vulnerability, wisdom – time to support, teach and nurture each other- to heal, rejuvenate and celebrate the essence of the feminine together. Time to share collective wisdom of a circle of women.
